- After reading the book, students will create an action plan to change something in your library or classroom to make it more accessible to all students.
End of the Year Lessons for Two Weeks
- Includes two lessons per grade level for K-5, for a total of 12 lessons with different read alouds and activities.
- Each lesson includes: recommended read aloud, step-by-step directions, AASL standard, editable activity, and sample activity.
- Third, fourth, and fifth grade lessons have printable activities or activities for using a blank PowerPoint or Google Slides.
- K-2 activities can be done using the printable activity, blank paper, or what technology platform they are familiar with.
- It also includes bonus tips for overdue books and inventory!
